The preparation of proper payroll sheets and calculations for all the employees of the Client, which includes: - Payroll sheets for each of the Client’s individual employees
- Summary sheet for the manager, which shows:
- The total gross salaries
- All the deductions
- Total net salaries
- The costs of the employer
- The Social Security Declaration Form
- Summarizing payments to the Tax Authority and the Social Security Authorities with deadlines, amounts and bank account numbers.
- Filling in form sheets, obligatory for the Tax Authority and Social Security Authorities.
- Preparation of travelling costs according to the current regulations.
- Preparation of different social allowances provided to the employees by the employer.
- Continuous fulfilment of tasks related to the pay office of the Social Security Authorities .
- Registration of employees for the organisation that requires it (Social Securtity and EMMA).
- We settle duties related to the Mandatory Pension Funds and the Voluntary Pension Funds.
- Specification and accounting of the salary-related allowances, taxes and other deductions.
- Preparation of yearly personal income tax returns (form: M29) for employees paying tax through the company. Issueing the forms (M30) for personnel tax returns of employees paying tax individually.
- Providing the necessary data sheets prescribed at the end of the year for employees.
- In the case of terminating the employment contract we issue the necessary documents, based on the Client’s instruction.
- Reporting, according to the Client’s requirements (statistics, summaries about wages, overtime registration, etc.)
- Providing other casual data and information.
