Our activity started in 1998, and we established the accounting firm in 2000. In 2003 our partnership has been transformed to limited liability company according to the hungarian laws.

We provide full range of business services – company formation and maintainance, accounting, business structure and tax planing, advisory services, outsourcing of the back office activities, etc.

Currently we provide our services for more than 150 foreign and domestic shareholders owned Hungarian, small and medium sized companies. Our clients range in size from sole traders, to partnerships, to small owner-managed companies, to medium sized and multinational corporations.

For foreign investor we also provide full range business service from the begining which is a complete financial, accounting and business administration package. We form your company within 24 hours or reserve a shelf company for you. We provide registred address service, mail forwarding also. We design and install your business administration processes of your Hungarian company and we undertake the internal auditing and controlling tasks or provide outsourcing services for financial and accounting activity.
